Works In Progress open mic reading at Hugo House. I host this every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. 5 minute slots, no judgment. Come read. But check the Hugo House Events site first, because sometimes stuff happens.

Seattle Fiction Federation  A quarterly (sort of) series at Hugo House for fiction. 4 featured readers + 8 ‘open mic’ readers chosen at random from the jar. At the end of the evening the audience votes for best open mic read and that person becomes a featured reader at the next event. See the Hugo House Events site for upcoming events.

Dock Street Salon Dane and Madeline Bahr of Dock Street Press have a dynamite reading series at Phinney Books, one of the best independent bookstores in Seattle. Read with my friends Len and Erik. July 2015
